1. Screening Application
Please send your identification (residence card) by email.
If there are no issues with your identity, you will be able to proceed with the screening. The secretariat will contact you.
Please note that there is a fee for the screening. (The screening fee is 10,000 yen.) Please make the full payment in advance by bank transfer. Once payment has been confirmed, the secretariat will contact you. At that time, we will schedule an appointment for the screening.
2. Screening (interview and test, total 2 hours)
The screening will be conducted on the scheduled date and time.
At this time, we will explain the course content and details.
3. Screening Results
The secretariat will contact you.
This usually takes about a week.
If you pass the screening process, we will inform you of the necessary application procedures and the course schedule.
4. Procedure
Please make your payment and submit your application form. Once all of these steps have been confirmed, you will be officially enrolled.
5. Course Start
You can begin taking the course.
The membership period is one year. Therefore, the application process is the same as for first-time users. Please apply following the steps above.
Yes, it is possible to pay the assessment fee at the classroom.
However, please note that payment must be made at least two weeks before the scheduled screening date.
In this case, payment can only be made during hours when the classroom is open.
Therefore, please be sure to contact us at least two weeks in advance.
The required fees are as follows:
Screening Fee: 10,000 yen
Enrollment Fee: 10,000 yen (Validity period: Usually 1 year. For 1.5-year and 2 years courses, valid until the end of the course.)
Courses: There are four types in total.
1-year course, 1.5-year course, 2-year course. In addition, there is a short-term summer course as a supplementary course for those taking these three courses.
Details about course fees will be provided at the initial interview to those who pass the document screening of their identification documents (Please note that those who have not renewed their membership for over a year are also subject to the same conditions as first-time members.).

Upon request, we will issue a certificate of study. 1,Japanese Language Study Certificate: This is a certificate that must be submitted when studying abroad. 2,Certificate of Enrollment 3,Certificate of Attendance 4,Transcript /・Mailing is limited to those residing in Japan. For those living overseas, only PDF files can be issued./・Please note that a separate issuance fee will be charged.
